King Jada Hotels & Apartments – Booking Policy

1. FLEXIBLE BOOKING POLICY

For guests who prefer flexibility in their travel plans.

Cancellation:

Free cancellation up to 72 hours (3 days) before check-in.
Late cancellation (less than 72 hours before arrival): 1 night’s charge applies.
No-show (guest does not arrive): Full booking amount will be charged.

To enforce late cancellation or no-show charges, a valid payment method such as a credit card, mobile money, or deposit must be provided at the time of booking. Without a payment guarantee, the hotel will not be able to recover the cancellation cost.

Payment:

No payment required at the time of booking.
Full payment is made on check-in.
Reservation must be confirmed with a valid credit card such us Virtual card payment link deposit, or written confirmation.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE (PREPAID) POLICY

Best for guests who are sure of their travel plans and prefer a better rate.

Cancellation:

No refund or changes allowed once the booking is confirmed.
100% charge applies for cancellations or no-shows.

Payment:

Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
Booking is confirmed only after payment is received.
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, mobile money, or other approved options.
